Outfitted with a large cutting board, the stainless steel exterior and interior is highly durable. The insulated lid keeps pan temperatures colder to keep food fresh and minimize condensation. The CAREL electronic control system lets you adjust temperature set points and defrost frequency, while the smart self monitoring system diagnoses service status. Set on heavy duty casters, this prep table is easy to move around your professional kitchen. This system also uses an environmentally responsible R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.
