With a stainless steel insulated lid, pan temperatures are kept colder for fresher food and minimal condensation. The CAREL electronic control system lets you adjust temperature set points and defrost frequency, with a smart self monitoring system that diagnoses service status. Adjustable heavy duty shelves and heavy duty caters make this refrigerated prep table highly flexible and easy to move. This system also uses an environmentally responsible R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.
