The Foster 48" Manual Gas Griddle provides superior heat distribution over the entire cooking surface with its 30,000 BTU "U" shaped stainless steel four burner design. This heavy-duty unit features a bull nose front edge for a cool to the touch and safe work area with independent pilot lights for each burner. Remarkable heat distribution, fast recovery time and energy efficiency are provided by the heavy duty 1" steel plate design. The stainless-steel body and chassis includes heavy duty adjustable legs for long term durability, flexibility and reliability.
